This Morehouse College Student Housing project consisted of 375 beds in single occupancy rooms in two buildings forming a quadrangle. The buildings are four-stories each and contain 2 and 4 bedroom apartments with full kitchens, 2 and 4 bedroom suites with kitchenettes and single bedrooms. 

The buildings also contain central laundry facilities, study rooms, meeting rooms, resource rooms, recreation rooms and central trash rooms.

With a reinforced concrete and steel frame and central HVAC system, the project’s cost was in line with other nearby student housing projects built with wood frame apartment style construction and individual HVAC systems.

This project was carried out by the Bridging method.
