Working with and on behalf of the Monongalia Board of Education, Brookwood provided full Construction Program Management services for the construction of three new schools and the expansion of three existing schools. Brookwood was involved with land requisitions, mitigation of the effects of former coal mining operations, contract negotiations, value engineering, and change order reviews as well as day to day problem solving with these projects.

Clay-Battelle Middle/High School
This seven phase project consists of additions and renovations to create a separated middle and high school. A new gymnasium, a new auditorium, new administrative offices, student dining hall and six classrooms were added. The total size of the project is 73,400 square feet.

Morgantown High School
This project includes one new addition consisting of a media center, distance learning lab, & administrative facilities. It also includes a new HVAC and fire suppression system to an existing four story classroom wing, auditorium and gymnasium. 13,000sf (addition) 31,940sf (renovation).

University High School
217,000 square feet of new construction.
