Brookwood provided Advisory services to Spelman College for a Public Private Partnership (P3) project consisting of a 300 bed student residence hall, a 175 seat dining hall, several guest apartments and structured parking to accommodate 100 vehicles.

From concept to occupancy, Brookwood guided the development of the site and the building configuration, creating an additional quadrangle space on the campus.
