Brookwood provided critical strategic planning and program management for the Ray Charles Performing Arts Center, which opened in 2010. By developing a Master Schedule and a 'Bridging' delivery method, Brookwood established the project's feasibility during the schematic phase. This allowed Morehouse to secure a realistic budget and high-impact concept renderings that were instrumental in the successful $20 million fundraising campaign. The facility now serves as a state-of-the-art hub for the Morehouse Music Department and the Atlanta arts community.
