Brookwood provided planning, conceptualization and cost consulting for an enclosed multi-use stadium which could be readily converted to a basketball arena as well as a concert hall. Services included programming and identity study for the Stadium and related Marching Band Facility, College Football Hall of Fame and 2,500 Car Parking Structure.

Brookwood also provided consultation to the University concerning methods of financing the project and procuring the design and construction. The program and concept were developed sufficiently to confirm the adequacy of the $200 million design and construction budgets. The planning documents served as an adjunct to the University's Vision 20/20 plan.
