Brookwood served as the Developer with the City of South San Francisco thorugh the planning and entitlement phases of 488 Linden, one of two transit-oriented infill public-private projects in the historic downtown core.  

The project includes 38 residential units and a rooftop terrace. Sited in the newly up-zoned district of South San Francisco, this project is within a short walking distance of the new commuter rail station and the region’s biotechnology hub.
