Brookwood served as the Developer with the City of South San Francisco through the planning and entitlement phases of 255 Cypress, one of two transit-oriented infill public-private projects in the historic downtown core.  

The project includes 46 residential units and 6,000 square feet of retail space in the newly up-zoned district of South San Francisco, within a short walking distance of the new commuter rail station and the region’s biotechnology hub.
