John Grannis
John Grannis is a Brookwood Senior Consultant and Advisor, bringing 40 years of comprehensive construction management experience to Brookwood Group and its clients.
As an accomplished senior construction professional, John has managed many large-scale public and private sector projects in the Mid-Atlantic, Northeast and West Coast regions of the United States.
His expertise as a general contractor, from contract to build-out, has been applied across a diverse range of private and public sector project types, including: retail, hospitality, health care, educational, correctional, wastewater treatment and light industrial.
Since 2010 his firm JDG Group LLC has provided inspection and construction management services to asset management groups and general contractors.
In previous roles he provided management and administration services for the Virginia School for the Deaf and the Blind, Charlestown Races and Slots, Marriott’s Courtyard brand, and the Internal Revenue Service.
John holds a BS in Civil Engineering from Tri-State University in Indiana.
He is based in Delaware and serves Brookwood clients in the Mid-Atlantic region and elsewhere.
