Seth Kalkman is a Vice President of Brookwood Group and seasoned construction project manager. He has 20 years of experience and a B.S. in Construction Management from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo. He specializes in leading cross-functional teams through all project phases, with a particular expertise in forensic construction management, scheduling, and cost control.

He is also the creator and host of "Constructive," a podcast dedicated to exploring construction innovation and technology adoption within the AEC industry.
