In these instances, Brookwood can provide preliminary design services along with the preparation of the Bridging Contract Documents. Also, if the client wishes, with there being no conflict of interests, these services can be combined with the Program Management services for a project being carried out under the Bridging project delivery method. This can be a particularly cost effective approach for the Owner.
These combined services have been carried out by Brookwood for such projects as the Georgia Tech Campus at Savannah, The Wakefield luxury cooperative in the Buckhead area of Atlanta, the Morehouse Student Housing project, an electronics manufacturing plant in Juarez, Mexico and others.
