Frank Jesse is a Senior Advisor to Brookwood Group. He brings extensive strategic and tactical capabilities to the Brookwood team, focusing on corporate real estate and facilities. His past work has spanned large corporate initiatives such as headquarters projects and international expansions, as well as creative solutions for start-up entities. These assignments have been geographically diverse including throughout Asia, India, Europe and the Americas.
In recent years, Frank led the real estate and facilities function for national dialysis treatment provider Satellite Healthcare, Inc. in developing numerous new facilities and leveraging the organization’s investments with profitable sale/leaseback transactions. Prior to his work for this healthcare company, Frank managed the worldwide real estate and facilities for software company BEA Systems from shortly after its founding, through its 11 year growth to 85 major locations in 36 countries, until the 2008 $8.6 billion acquisition by Oracle Corporation. A major achievement during his tenure at BEA was the securing zoning entitlements and various related exemptions to facilitate a 2.9 million s.f. development in San Jose, CA, now likely to become a major future Apple campus.
Prior to BEA, Frank managed the diverse real estate portfolio of global express delivery company DHL Worldwide Express. Facilities included more than 220 distribution centers, on-airport operations, data centers, a software development center, billing operations facility, and corporate offices. In the 12 years preceding his corporate work, Frank managed complex healthcare and laboratory design and construction projects, including for Stanford University Hospital and the U.S. Veterans Administration.
Frank earned a B.S. from the University of Virginia, and Master’s degrees from the University of Michigan. He continues to be highly engaged in civic and business community activities in the SF Bay Area,
