Brookwood is experienced in developing for an Owner or user the detailed requirements and design criteria for projects to be designed. The end result is a "Program of Requirements" which may be used by designers and owners.
The document may also be used as detailed instructions and the basis of agreement between Owner and Architect/Engineers or between Owner and a Design-Build Contractor or Team.
In some countries, this document is referred to as the "Design Brief".
