Space Utilization Study and Strategic Facilities Planning. Note: George Heery, Brookwood's Chairman, while CEO of Heery International, was the Principal-in-Charge for The Coca-Cola Company's 2 million sf expansion of it's corporate headquarters between 1984-1987 including the Central Reception Building and Forecourt and the Coke USA Tower. Services provided included master planning, programming, construction program management and the architectural, engineering, interior and landscape design for the entire project.
