The Bridging Method
Bridging is a better method of organizing the roles of architects, engineers and contractors in a construction program. Bridging reduces risks, costs and construction time for the Owner. Properly used, Bridging accomplishes this without any loss of opportunity for creativity or loss by the owner or the owner's designer of control over design or construction quality.
