It is the primary consulting division of Brookwood Group, Inc. Brookwood Advisory Services in California, are delivered by Brookwoood Partners.
Brookwood Design Group LLC is an affiliate of Brookwood Group, Inc. that, since 2004, has been independently owned and led by Laura Heery. With locations in Atlanta, Miami, and New York, Brookwood Design Group LLC is a Women-Owned Business Enterprise (WBE).
Brookwood Development services are delivered through Brookwood Ventures, except in California, where they are delivered through Brookwood Partners.
Brookwood|Evolve is a property investment partnership between Los Angeles based Evolve Real Estate LLC and Brookwood Group, Inc. The senior partners are Christopher Fraley and Shepherd Heery.
Brookwood Group, Inc. is a real estate development, planning and management consulting firm with several divisions. The firm also is a holding company for several operating subsidiaries and joint venture interests. Brookwood Group, Inc. is a California C-corporation under the leadership of Shepherd Heery, who serves as its Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. The company was established in San Francisco in 1989 as Satulah Properties Inc. The firm's name was changed to Satulah Group in 1993 and then to Brookwood Group in 1998, following a transaction with LaSalle Partners (now JLL). The co-founders were Shepherd Heery, Laura Heery, and George Heery Sr.
Brookwood|Johnson is a longstanding partnership between Brookwood Group and the Johnson Companies. Based in Atlanta, the partnership has provided comprehensive program management services since 2006. Brookwood Partners (also known as Brookwood Equities LLC) is an Oakland CA based property development, investment and strategic advisory affiliate of Brookwood Group, Inc. Since November 2023, the firm has been independently owned and led by Alan Katz and Chris White. The firm is a Delaware limited liability company formed in 2013 by Shepherd Heery and Alan Katz. From 2013 through 2023 it was a wholly owned subsidiary of Brookwood Group, Inc.
Brookwood Planning & Design is a division of Brookwood Group, Inc. that provides business-oriented master planning, programming and project design by the Bridging method.
Brookwood Program Management LLC was established in 2004 by George Heery Sr. and Hardin Construction Company. Since 2012 it has been a wholly owned subsidiary of Brookwood Group, Inc. The firm exclusively represents and assists owners and users in the overall planning and management of design and construction.
Brookwood|Starboard is a partnership between Brookwood Group, Inc. and Starboard Commercial Real Estate. Formed in San Francisco in 2012, Brookwood|Starboard provides strategic real estate development, brokerage and advisory services.
Brookwood Ventures is a division of Brookwood Group, Inc. that can act as real estate development principal on projects that Brookwood may undertake.
