Brookwood advises clients and partners regarding the optimal and most effective application of the Bridging method of project delivery. Brookwood can assist or serve as the development program manager in executing projects by the Bridging method, as well as more traditional methods of construction procurement. Brookwood often provides preliminary design services along with the preparation of the Bridging Contract Documents. These services can be combined with the program management or development management services for a project being carried out under this project delivery method. This can be particularly cost effective for the Owner.
These combined services have been carried out by Brookwood for such projects such as the Jefferson Union High School District Faculty and Staff Housing Project in Daly City, California, as well as the Georgia Tech Campus at Savannah, The Wakefield luxury cooperative residences in the Buckhead area of Atlanta, the Morehouse Student Housing project, an electronics manufacturing plant in Juarez, Mexico, and others.
